  • Variable speed vertical multistage centrifugal pump made of AISI 304 stainless steel with round flanges, in-line delivery and suction ports (‘F’ version). Also available in ‘R’ version (round flanges, top and bottom ports) and ‘T’ version (oval flanges, in-line ports) where these models exist. AISI 316 stainless steel versions also available on request. The SV pump High Temperature 150°C version is a non-self priming vertical multistage pump combined with a normalized standard TEFC motor able to pump hot liquids up to 150°C. The hydraulic part is kept in place between the upper cover and the pump body with tie-rods. The pump casing is available with round flanges connections. The SV pump "Boiler" 180°C version is a non-self priming vertical multistage pump combined with a normalized standard TEFC motor able to pump hot liquids up to 180°C. The hydraulic part is kept in place between the upper cover and the pump body with tie-rods. The pump casing is available in casted AISI 316 with round flanges connections. Main features hydraulic part Flow rates: up to 160 m3/h (50Hz and 60Hz) Heads: up to 330 m (50Hz); up to 280 m (60Hz) Temperature of pumped liquid: from -30°C to +150°C for all versions. (HT) Temperature of pumped liquid: from -30°C to +180°C for all versions. (B) NO EXTERNAL COOLING DEVICE REQUESTED FOR THE MECHANICAL SEAL Double outer sleeve design to withstand high pressure (PN25 at 180°C) Special upper chamber design with recirculation of the air in the room which lowers the temperature of the mechanical seal (B) ALL PUMPS are fitted standard with a BALANCED mechanical seal (according to EN 12756 and ISO 3069). On any models from 10SV up to 22SV with nominal power starting from 5.5kW and above and all models from 33SV to 125SV, the mechanical seal can be replaced without having to remove the motor from the pump. Hydraulic performance levels according to ISO 9906 – Annex A. Direction of rotation: clockwise looking at the pump from the top down (marked with an arrow on the adapter and on the coupling).
